1. Who We Are

2. Who Can Use the App

• You must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible to form a contract under Indian laws.
• Access is provided through OTP-based login. Do not share your OTP or allow others to access your account.
• You're responsible for all activity done through your mobile number on the app.

3. Using Paid Features

• Certain features are available only through a paid subscription.
• All payments are collected via trusted gateways like Razorpay, PhonePe, or Paytm. Their terms also apply.
• If you opt for UPI AutoPay, you authorize automatic deductions as per NPCI and RBI rules. Mandates can be managed through your UPI app.
• Subscription prices include applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
• Refunds are processed only as per our Refund Policy. False chargebacks may result in your access being revoked.

4. What You Can't Do

To keep Post Karo safe for all, you must not:

• Upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates laws.
• Post abusive, misleading, explicit, or offensive material.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to misuse the app.
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Use the app to promote spam, scams, or phishing attempts.

Violating these rules may lead to content removal or account suspension without notice.

5. Your Content

• You retain full rights to any photos, text, or posters you create using Post Karo.
• By using our Platform, you allow us to store and display your content as part of the app's functioning.
• Any templates or designs created by Post Karo or offered through the app remain our intellectual property. They cannot be resold, reused commercially, or redistributed outside Post Karo without written consent.
• If your content is flagged or found in violation of the law or our guidelines, we may remove it without prior notice.

6. Respectful Use - Community Rules

When using Post Karo, you agree to:

• Avoid hate speech, religious insults, or political slander.
• Not impersonate public figures or private individuals.
• Not post manipulated images or offensive visual content.
• Use only images of yourself or with proper permission of the person shown.

We reserve the right to act against violations, including reporting to legal authorities when needed.

7. Content Review & Reporting

• We use both automated tools and manual review to moderate content.
• If someone reports your content or receive a takedown notice from authorities, we will review and act within 36 - 72 hours.
• Users with repeated or serious violations may be permanently banned.

8. Data & Account

• Your data is stored as long as your account remains active.
• Upon account deletion, we retain your data for up to 90 days to comply with Indian tax and cybersecurity regulations.
• To request data or account deletion, email us at postkaro@theschoolofpolitics.com. Requests are handled within 15 working days.

9. Intellectual Property

Everything under the Post Karo brand — including our app design, templates, features, logo, and text styles — belongs to Political Academy Pvt Ltd.

You are not allowed to:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse our code or design.
• Use our name, logo, or UI elements for any other app or product.
• Claim our templates or generated content as your own work commercially.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

We may temporarily or permanently suspend your access in the following cases:

• If you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• If there are payment disputes or chargebacks.
• If requested by courts, police, or government authorities.
• If your account remains inactive for extended periods.

You may also request to deactivate your account by emailing us. Please note, unused subscription time is non-refundable.

11. Disclaimer & Limitations

• The app is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee perfect accuracy or continuous availability.
• We are not responsible for service issues caused by external payment providers or telecom outages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
• You use the Platform at your own discretion and risk.

12. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold harmless Post Karo, its directors, and staff against any legal claims, losses, or damages that result from:

• Your content uploads or activity on the app.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Any misuse of third-party content or personal data by you.

13. Unforeseen Events

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, internet outages, or government restrictions.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any legal dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Important changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use means you agree to the revised Terms.
