Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Post Karo offers premium plans that provide access to exclusive templates, features, and poster designs. Our subscription plans include:

• Monthly Plan - Valid for 30 days
• Quarterly Plan - Valid for 120 days
• Annual Plan - Valid for 365 days

You can choose a plan that suits your needs and pay through our available payment gateways.

2. iOS Subscriptions (Apple App Store)

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• No refunds are issued by Post Karo for subscriptions purchased via Apple.

3. UPI AutoPay (India-Only)

For Indian users, UPI AutoPay subscriptions are governed by NPCI regulations:

• Automatic renewal will be attempted up to 96 hours before your subscription expires.
• If the payment fails, we will retry up to 20 days after the expiry date.
• You can cancel UPI AutoPay anytime from your UPI app settings.
• Features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancellation.
• Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

4. Manual Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Disabling UPI AutoPay from your bank/UPI app
• Contacting PostKaro team through email at postkaro@theschoolofpolitics.com or WhatsApp at +91-9376622956

No refunds are offered for partial usage, early cancellation, or non-usage during the subscribed period.

5. Refund Policy

Post Karo follows a strict no-refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind
• Partial usage
• Inactivity during the subscription period
• Accidental purchases

6. Invoices & Payment Disputes

• For invoices, please email us at postkaro@theschoolofpolitics.com within 7 days of your purchase.
• If you have any payment-related issues, please contact our support team before initiating any chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Unjustified or repeated chargebacks may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

7. Taxes and Compliance

• All subscription charges are inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, unless otherwise specified.
• All payments are subject to relevant Indian laws and regulations, including RBI and NPCI guidelines.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Post Karo reserves the right to provide the final interpretation of any clause in this Policy.
